Photographs added to the James Rogers McConnell Memorial Collections, 2000 June 24.

The collection consists of photographs taken at a ceremony at Flavy-le-Martel, France, unveiling a monument to James Rogers McConnell. With them are photographs of the memorial to the Lafayette Escadrille at Marnes-la-Coquette, including the crypt with McConnell's tomb. Dr. William J.K. Rockwell has annotated most of the photographs. With the photographs are a copy of a letter from the former mayor of Flavy-le-Martel concerning the unveiling and Rockwell's letter of explanation.
